I am a advanced ground instructor. Have completed my test for Light Sport instructor. Do I have to take the FOI test over again even though I needed it for my advanced ground instructor certificate?

Can I receive all of my ppl instruction in an LSA (to keep the costs down), assuming my instructor is a CFIA not CFIS, and then transition over to a cessna 150 or 172 several hours prior to my check ride to become comfortable with the heavier aircraft and take the check ride in the 150 or 172 ?

Are Sport Pilot Flight Instructors required to have spin training?

What are the requirements for a private pilot license holder with 1500 hours in Cessna 172s to be certified as a Light Sport Flight Instructor?

Is there a specific knowledge test for LSA instructors, besides the FOI? I am currently studying for the FOI and can only find test preparation materials for "Flight Instructor Airplane."

Yes, A CFI private airplane can do the same instruction as a CFI sport with no additional training or endorsements. No the CFI does not have to wait 24 months or give 200 hours dual. He/she is allowed to operate under the Sport pilot flight instructors requlations for teaching sport pilots.

Can a CFIA train a pilot for the CFI Sport Instructor Written, FOI, and Practical tests?

If so, does that CFI have to have his license for 24 months, and have 200 hours o dual given?

Thanks
